These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LIRIN iOS app (“App”), operated by Madan Mohan Kumar Shanthakumar (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using LIRIN, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use LIRIN. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement. LIRIN is a wellness app intended for general health and fitness tracking only.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use another person’s account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
LIRIN Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
A one-time non-consumable purchase that grants lifetime access to all Pro features available at the time of purchase. Future features may require a separate purchase.
A consumable in-app purchase. Once used, it is consumed and cannot be transferred, refunded, or restored.
All purchases are subject to Apple’s refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you delete your LIRIN account, all purchase history and Pro access associated with that account will be permanently removed. Active Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately through iPhone Settings to avoid future charges. Deleted accounts and their associated purchases cannot be restored.

LIRIN is a wellness app, not a medical device or healthcare provider. Nothing in LIRIN constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Features such as recovery scores, HRV tracking, sleep analysis, and heart monitoring are wellness indicators only — not clinical readings.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, fitness, or medical care. Do not use LIRIN to make medical decisions.
LIRIN uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate coaching responses, daily briefs, and workout recommendations. AI-generated content is for informational and motivational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated advice for your specific situation.
LIRIN integrates with Apple HealthKit, Strava, and Anthropic. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
All content, branding, logos, and code in LIRIN are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
LIRIN is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of LIRIN, including but not limited to data loss, health decisions made based on App content, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LIRIN at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Delete Account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LIRIN after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
